Plans, billing and the price guarantee

What each plan includes, how billing works, and how your price is protected.

EUFactura has four plans: Free, Solo, Business, and Scale, differing mainly in how many companies and invoices you get and which features are included (the AI assistant, quotes, credit notes, company/VAT lookup, and — on Scale — the public API and webhooks). See the pricing page for exact limits and current prices.

Subscribing and changing plans

Only the organization owner can manage billing (an admin can view it). Subscribe to a paid plan from Settings → Billing; payment is handled securely by Stripe, and there's no trial period — a paid plan is charged immediately when you subscribe. Cancel or change your plan at any time from the same page; Stripe's own Customer Portal handles upgrades, downgrades, payment method changes, and invoice history.

The 12-month price guarantee

The price you subscribe at is locked for 12 months, even if our published prices change during that time. After 12 months, we give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change takes effect on your next renewal.

If you downgrade to a plan with lower limits than you're currently using (for example, more companies than the new plan allows), some actions may be blocked until you're back within the new plan's limits — but we never delete your existing data because of a downgrade.
