Using the AI invoicing assistant

The AI assistant lets you describe what to invoice instead of filling out a form — in English, Spanish, or several other languages, typed or spoken. For example: "Invoice Acme GmbH €8,000 for the Q1 consulting sprint, due in 14 days."

What it does

• Resolves the customer you mean, or asks you to confirm if more than one could match — it never guesses silently
• Suggests a VAT treatment the same source-backed way the rest of EUFactura does
• Prepares a draft invoice or quote for you to review
• Edits an existing draft conversationally — "make that due in 30 days instead"

What it won't do

The assistant never issues or sends anything on its own — every draft it prepares stops for your explicit confirmation first. It can only take the specific actions it's been built for (creating and editing drafts, quotes, and issuing on your confirmation); it can't take arbitrary actions on your account.

The AI assistant is included on Solo, Business, and Scale plans, not on Free.
