Exporting your data and closing your account

Export a complete copy of your organization's data — every company, customer, invoice, quote, and record — at any time from Settings, with no waiting on us and no support request needed. This is the organization owner's own responsibility to keep if they close their account; we don't hand you a copy after the fact.

Closing your organization

The owner can close an organization from Settings. We ask you to export your data first. Issued invoices and related accounting records are kept afterward for as long as required by applicable commercial and tax law (in Spain, generally at least 6 years) — this reflects a real legal retention obligation, not a EUFactura policy choice, and applies even after your account is closed.
