Payments and the secure invoice page

When you email an invoice, EUFactura includes a secure link to a page where your customer can view the invoice, download the PDF, and see whether it's been paid — no login required on their side. You can revoke a link at any time from the invoice.

Recording a payment

Record a payment against an issued invoice with an amount, date, and optional method and reference. EUFactura recalculates the invoice's status (partially paid, paid, overdue) from its recorded payments automatically — you never set the status directly.

EUFactura records that a payment happened; it doesn't move money itself. To actually collect a card payment from a customer, connect a payment provider (in progress — see the Developers section for what's available today).
