Quotes

A quote works like a draft invoice you can send before there's a firm agreement: a customer, one or more lines, a validity date. It carries no legal or tax weight on its own, so it stays freely editable even after you send it — unlike an invoice.

Converting to an invoice

Once your customer accepts, convert the quote to an invoice in one click. EUFactura recalculates the VAT treatment fresh at that point rather than carrying over whatever it was when the quote was made — country rules or your customer's VAT status may have changed in the meantime, so this avoids issuing an invoice with a stale, possibly wrong tax decision.
